# Terms of Service

Welcome to SpiderHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our HubSpot development subscription services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

## 3. Client Responsibilities

- You must provide necessary access and information to allow SpiderHub to deliver services.
- You agree to comply with HubSpot’s terms and policies as they apply to your use of the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

## 4. Service Limitations

SpiderHub focuses exclusively on HubSpot platform development. Requests outside this scope may be declined or require separate arrangements.

## 5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and deliverables remain with SpiderHub unless otherwise agreed in writing.

## 6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

## 7. Termination

- Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice as per the agreed terms.
- Upon termination, access to services will cease, and outstanding fees become payable.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

SpiderHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

## 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpiderHub operates.

## 10. Changes to Terms

SpiderHub may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
